EDGAR latest-filings Atom feed (browse-edgar?action=getcurrent&count=100&output=atom).

  • Type: RSS/Atom · Rights: OFFICIAL_OPEN_DATA (public domain) · Real-time: REALTIME (feed updates continuously, polled every 2 min)
  • Output: filings (accession number, CIK, form type, filer, URL, size) → filings table; material forms (see MATERIAL_FORMS) become FILING_PUBLISHED events. Form 4 "Reporting" entries (insiders) are stored but produce no event.
  • Linking: filings join instruments via companies.cik populated by sec-company-tickers.
  • Politeness: identifying User-Agent with contact e-mail (SEC requirement), 2 req/s bucket, conditional requests.
