• lookup() reads the product page's schema.org Product (sku, mpn = reference, price, availability, condition).
• Identity: identifiers.ewc_sku (the trailing id) + reference (Rolex/Patek/AP numeric refs and letter-prefixed codes such as SBGE201G). Category from the brand (watchCategory).
• Never sales: 'Sale Pending' stays a listing with metadata.sale_pending = true.
