- SPB Agent: floating bubble opens a chat panel; /api/agent streams
  responses from claude-haiku-4-5 with a system prompt built from
  lib/apps.ts and lib/research.ts (bilingual FR/EN). API key lives in
  .env.local (gitignored).
- CV fix: the two "Software" sections of cv-source/cv.html are now
  generated from lib/apps.ts by scripts/generate-cv.ts (npm run cv),
  which also renders public/cv/Simon-Pierre-Boucher-CV.pdf — new
  projects appear in the CV PDF automatically.

Each UQO course card now links directly to all 14 session slide PDFs
(numbered pill per séance, topic tooltip on IMM1033), the course plan,
and each TP énoncé by name — all via raw.githubusercontent.com so the
PDF opens directly in the browser. All 37 URLs verified 200.

Teaching — new 'Professor UQO' section with IMM1003 & IMM1033 cards
(course plan PDF, 14-session slides, 3 practical assignments each),
plus the Québec real-estate market report and full repo links.

Research — new 'PhD Thesis' section: full thesis PDF (188 pp.) and the
three chapter cards, each with Paper PDF + LaTeX source links to the
phd-thesis repo. Chapter 1 PDF was compiled and pushed to that repo
(fixed an apalike/natbib conflict).

All 11 external links verified 200.

Replace generic emoji tiles with real 512px app logos for VQuant,
AI Risk Index, Metrika and Zyquo Cloud Web (sourced from each repo's
icon assets). Add Download DMG button on Metrika (v1.0.1 release,
latest/download URL). Emoji tile remains the fallback for projects
without a logo.
