- Refreshed oklch palette: airier light mode, softer dark mode, gentler
  borders; soft/lift shadow tokens, selection tint, smooth scrolling
- Buttons become pills (rounded-full) with subtle press scale and shadow
- Cards rounded-3xl with soft shadows and hover lift on app/project cards
- Badges become soft pills (primary/10 tint)
- Header becomes a floating glass pill nav with active-page pill

New ProjectCard component and openSourceProjects data: VQuant,
AI Risk Index, Metrika, Forge, Zyquo Cloud Web, PhD Thesis,
UQO Course Material, and the site itself — each with GitHub link,
live demo when available, and language badge. Zyquo macOS cards
unchanged. Home hero button renamed to 'Apps & Open Source'.
