Replace generic emoji tiles with real 512px app logos for VQuant,
AI Risk Index, Metrika and Zyquo Cloud Web (sourced from each repo's
icon assets). Add Download DMG button on Metrika (v1.0.1 release,
latest/download URL). Emoji tile remains the fallback for projects
without a logo.

- Refreshed oklch palette: airier light mode, softer dark mode, gentler
  borders; soft/lift shadow tokens, selection tint, smooth scrolling
- Buttons become pills (rounded-full) with subtle press scale and shadow

AI Risk Index, Metrika, Forge, Zyquo Cloud Web, PhD Thesis,
UQO Course Material, and the site itself — each with GitHub link,
live demo when available, and language badge. Zyquo macOS cards
unchanged. Home hero button renamed to 'Apps & Open Source'.
