Sources inspected **locally**: the 17 compiled papers in `~/Desktop/Recherche-UQO/{immobilier,finance}/*/paper/`4(`main.tex`, `sections/`, `appendix/`, `tables/`, `references.bib`, `main.pdf`), the WP18 skeleton (same day, no PDF yet), the template5`_modele-working-paper/`, and the series standard `HARMONISATION.md` (2026-10-17) with `REVISION-PROTOCOLE.md`. Detailed reading:6WP2 (decoding-real-estate-descriptions), WP5 (airbnb-rents-housing-pressure), WP8 (polymarket-arrow-debreu, the only WP with theorem7environments), WP10 (assessment-gap-quebec), WP16 (sales-comparison-validation), WP18 skeleton.
