# Contract — F4-conf-04

Question. For each of five references (R1–R5) in a draft's reference list, verify against the supplied arXiv extract (only admissible evidence) whether (i) the title matches (typographic differences tolerated), (ii) the year equals the first-submission year or the year of the reproduced version (from the "Bibliographic record" header line), (iii) every element of the attributed finding ("cited_for": magnitudes, uncertainty, timing, population, design) is stated in or follows arithmetically from the extract. Estimand. Set of unverifiable references (failing >=1 check), per-reference record of the three booleans + locator + note; n_verified. Outputs. out/results.json keys: reference_checks, unverifiable_references, n_verified, task_id="F4-conf-04", feasibility, feasibility_reason, data_issues, n_input_rows, n_analysed, random_seed=null. out/report.md (Question; Data and exclusions; Method; Results; Uncertainty; Limitations and open issues), out/analysis.py (prints header lines/table cells relied on), out/claims.json. Information rules. No memory of papers, no other versions, no external databases. Author formatting not grounds for flagging. Invalidity. Missing extract, missing Bibliographic record line, or extract lacking the cited material would make a check impossible (report null / partial).
