Scholarly upgrade v1.2: +32 verified references, new Discussion section
…
Phase 1: critical assessment (PAPER_REVIEW.md). Phase 2: 32 new references across 11 identified gaps (urban spatial structure, land share, supply constraints, price indices, submarkets, spatial-dependence empirics, capitalization theory, list-price microstructure, AVM/mass appraisal, Canadian evidence, HDFE methodology) — every entry verified against Crossref DOI records or publisher sources; references.bib 32 → 64. Phase 3: introduction deepened with numbered contributions; related work restructured into 7 thematic subsections each ending with an explicit gap statement; methodology choices grounded in citations; new Discussion section (magnitudes vs. literature, points of tension, implications, limitations, future work); conclusion strengthened. Paper 26 → 34 pages. Phase 4: UPGRADE_REPORT.md with per-reference justifications and flagged claims. No result, number, figure or table changed.
